Contest is open to everyone who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of the Sponsor(s) and immediate family members of,

"Santa's Workshop" winner will be chosen by using the internal database of submitted highscore values. The player with the highest score submitted will be declared as winner.
If more than one user have equal points, the player with the shortest time will be chosen.
If more that one player have equal points and equal time, the administrator will chose randomly a winner out of this pool.
The winner will be sent an email and will have forty-eight hours to respond. If no response is received within forty-eight hours, another winner will be chosen.
Administrators are not responsible for prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures. Winning entry will be verified.
A list of winners will be displayed on the giveaway widget on the original contest post.
